Pricing Policy

Pricing for the opted services would be quoted based on the uploaded designs and specific requirements selected by the consumer.

Quote would be communicated through Mail and also in the user profile.

Payment Policy 

Total Amount Quoted for the Enquiry has to be paid to process the order.

For security and payment details related concerns please check our Terms& Conditions and Privacy Policy Documents.

Payment for the orders placed on the platform would be processed through our payment gateway partner Razor Pay. Payyments can also be made through Netbanking/UPI services and the details have to be shared with concerned members of Stelna Designs LLP.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Total Amount paid for the order can be refunded in case order is cancelled before the order is processed for Design / Manufacturing.

If the shipped product is damaged the refund / replacement claim would be processed after careful analysis of the grievance.

In special cases concerned member of Stelna Designs LLP is authorised to consider giving refund based on the grievance of customer.
